Grand Wailea Resort & Spa
General Information: Check-in time: 3:00 PM; Check-out time: 12:00 Noon. There is a $50 per person/per night charge for more than 2 persons in any room (does not apply to children under 18 when accompanied by an adult), with maximum of 4 persons per room. The hotel charges each guest an $18 daily resort fee. Reservations must be accompanied by a 2 night non-refundable deposit (per room); reservations will not be held without a deposit. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Your credit card will be charged a 2 night deposit for each reserved room. All cancellations will be assessed the 2 night room and tax deposit per room. Payment will be made for these cancellations by retention of initial hotel deposit.

Reservation Cut-off: Reservations will be available until September 2, 2008 or until the room block is sold out. The reduced room rates will be in effect 3 days prior and 3 days following the program, based on room and rate availability.

Wailea Beach Marriott Resort & Spa
General Information: Check-in time: 4:00 PM; Check-out time: 12:00 Noon. There is a $40 per person/per night charge for more than 2 persons in any room (does not apply to children under 18 when accompanied by an adult), with a maximum 4 persons per room. The hotel charges each guest a $25 daily resort fee. Reservations must be accompanied by a 2 night non-refundable deposit (per room); reservations will not be held without a deposit. A credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
